The judge says, "you are guilty and deserve death. But my Son has agreed to be your substitute and will die for you instead. In fact he has already died, and I will accept His death as payment for all your crimes. If you accept this offer, you will live with Me and my Son forever. Will you accept this? What an offer! If you accept this offer, then not only are your crimes paid for, but you are totally forgiven and can live with the Judge and his Son forever. It is as a simple as ABC. What's Your Decision? What's next? Have you decided to accept the Judge's offer? The offer still stands.

If you want to accept His offer, all you have to do is pray the prayer of salvation: Dear Lord Jesus, I understand that I am a sinner and I ask You for forgiveness. Has God so worked in your heart that you are beginning to flee from and to hate sin? Do you have a new love for God and His Word? Have you turned completely from your old life of sin, with no desire to return to it at all?

Do you desire to be around other Christians? Do you love them? Are you willing to lose all, give up anything, for Christ? If the answer is NO, you haven't been regenerated, given a new spirit, the Spirit of God. Sincerly ask God into your life right now and this change will take place. If you have experienced this, then your salvation is secure and you can precede to growth in the faith. Assuming you have been born again, then what's next? First, you are now promised eternal life with Jesus. You have turned from your old sinful nature and the Holy Spirit is now a part of you and will accomplish the will of God through you when you yield to Him.

If you haven't accepted, please reconsider. Because God's Wrath is for Unbelievers!

ABC Bible Verses -- STEVE HARVEY

The fact is, the Bible teaches that when you die your spirit, which is eternal, will either go to heaven to be with God or perish in hell. Please reconsider the free gift of salvation offered to you from God. Your future depends on it. Looking for a Bible believing church? Click the links below to find one near you.

Isaiah Though the scriptures are sometimes taken out of context, they are simple short sweet stories, a prayer and a verse. We like having a pattern of doing a devotional that is actually doable as a part of our bedtime routine. It is such a beautiful story that gets to the heart of the Gospel- that God wants simply YOU, not your intellect, your skills, or service. It follows a little boy on his way to see the King and he encounters several people who have excuses for not taking the journey with him. Now that our boys are a little older, they have been asking to read this one often.

This one lists a character attribute of God for each letter. It is precious. And David loves the pictures especially the ones where they are playing basketball. They are about 30 minutes long, play sweet worship songs and just have random pictures of things that are captivating to the eye for little ones like black and white and colorful things, animals, people, babies, visual effects, etc. Think Christian version of Baby Einstein. I love being able to start our day with praise, but also have the boys occupied while I get their breakfast ready.

They are songs full of scripture. The KJV is not easier to read than other translations. As a minister, I hear people stumbling through its language all the time when reading in classes and in a worship assembly. Since the KJV was first translated numerous biblical manuscripts have been discovered that are older and more reliable than the ones used to translate the KJV.

This is not a notation of divine authorization but of the royal authorization that led to the translation of the KJV for the Church of England. Make no mistake, the KJV is a beautiful artifact of the English language and the English religious landscape, but there is nothing divinely sacred about this translation that makes it superior to others. In fact, as it relates to the oldest and most reliable Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic manuscripts of the biblical material, it is inferior.

Most importantly though, I would say this. I told someone the other day that, as a minister and theologian, when I am asked what translation is best, my first answer is always, whatever translation you will actually read. I want you to read your Bible. Read what will be a blessing to you and your family, but read it. If you want to get into specifics from there, we can talk, but find a translation that captures your heart and read it.

And let it read you! If that is KJV, read it. And as you read, may the living Word who became flesh and dwelt among us capture your heart and transform you more and more into the image and likeness of God! Thank you so much for sharing, Eric! Just wanted to say that I love your post, Eric. Articulate and accurate, and it dispels some misinformation that is rampant in many Christian circles. Jenae, thank you so very much for this amazing resource. Thank you for you comments. I have tried reading the KJV many times and ended up quitting because it was difficult to understand.

I have seen so much controversy on the internet about whether it is a proper translation or not that I began to wonder if I should be reading that one at all. So far I have read 11 books, in my other bible I barely got through 4 books before I gave up. Thanks to your comment I can stop worrying about proper translations and just enjoy my time with God and his Word. I think these are wonderful! I am not a mother yet, but I think I will use these so my husband and I can be more intentional about memorizing Scripture!

I am also in school to be a teacher and would definitely use these in a Christian school to teach my students. Great Resource! Thank you and God bless! I love this! You went to so much effort!! Is there anyway to download a version word doc that can be edited back to the KJV. I would obviously give you the kudos!! But would love to print a KJV. I love your pictures and extras though seems a shame to start from scratch!! The problem with downloading it in Word is that I used an older version to create the cards. So cute! They are beautiful!

This is Absolutely a blessing for our family. Thank you for taking the time to add graphics to the cards — it makes them much more interesting for the children. I love this idea as well. I have the KJV book and I hesitated to use it because of the wordiness, but really want to teach my son scripture. Larkin, my son memorized his first verse at the age of 2. I saw that there was a memory verse on the resource page and thought it would be fun to try.

I never imagined he would actually memorize it and remember it better than I did, mind you …but he did! We were completely blown away and it just goes to show that their little brains are like sponges. We say it together, then we let each person take a turn. We say it together again, shout it…whatever it takes to make it interesting to the kids. Little Brother 22 months was even able to say a few words of the verse last night house, serve, Lord as we were working on it.

The scripture reference is always the hardest part for everyone, including us adults …but we just keep working on it every night for a week. Hope this helps! But I like your example of how your family practices the verses together! My husband thought that was a great idea too. I really appreciate these! Thanks Janae! Thank you so much for these Scripture Verses. I was just today trying to find a way to incorporate Scripture learning with my kids, who are young and have short attention spans.

Thanks for all you do — your blog is fantastic! Thank you so much for these beautiful cards! My boys memorize a scripture each month through church. Now that they are in preschool at our church the same monthly scriptures are emphasize again in their prek class. I love that I can work this right into their weekly letter learning.

Thanks again for this wonderful resource!! I attended a Beth more conference last summer and she talked about memorizing a verse for every letter of the alphabet, which I had never heard of beofre. I loved the idea, but never got around to doing. Thank you for the reminder! This is such a fun format to use for teaching not only myself, but the kids. Do you mind telling us what font you used?

It is so playfull! Truest accuracy is found in the original languages. Read the Bible. I have been looking for something like this! Thank you so much for sharing your hard work and creativity. I am planning on using this and you will be helping grow my children in Jesus. Audra, I just about burst out in tears when I read your post. Thank you for your encouragement and I pray these cards are a blessing to your family! They already are!

Just wanted to thank you for sharing your hard work with the rest of us. The cards are bright, friendly and beg to be used! You are also very gracious in all your responses. I will be sharing these with my girls at dinnertime. Thanks agains.. These are wonderful — thank you for taking the time to put them together and then to share them to bless folks like me — all the way across the world!

Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into making this awesome book! Thank you!!

Jenae, First, I love the cards. Second, unfortunately, I found an error. Seems a lot of people are finding your cards very helpful! Thank you for the time, talent and energy you put into this project! Katie, I already corrected the cards earlier this morning. If you click on the printable now, you will see the correct scripture reference. I also informed all my facebook fans who had already printed them to use a marker and write the correct scripture reference.

You are blessed and highly favored…. I corrected this yesterday. I just double-checked and it is still coming up correctly for me. I love this, as a second grade sunday school teacher I would love to use it for my students. Thank you for posting these! Could you tell me which font you used? This is wonderful! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I found these on Pinterest…. I have been trying to think of a fun way to incorporate Bible into our homeschool routine I am new at homeschooling , so this is perfect.

It fits right in with my son learning his letters! Thank you so much for being willing to share these cards and all the hard work that you put into them. My oldest son attends a Christian school where he is required to memorize a verse a week and we also participate in the AWANA program at our church where he does at least one verse a week but I will use this for my toddlers and myself!

So encouraging to read of other moms being intentional with their children!!! We must stay saturated in the word because the enemy is alive and well and desires most to destroy our families and win our children over! God bless you! Thank you so much for the wonderful idea! I am also a KJV kind of girl, so I started making my own tonight. Would you mind sharing the name of the font you used.

I would love, love, love the name of the font so I could use it in something else… please share when you find it. Thank you for your hard work putting this all together and for so generously sharing your file. Please delete my comment if you do. They turned out great! My friends are already requesting them According to my own investigation, billions of persons all over the world get the mortgage loans from various creditors. Thus, there is a good possibility to get a consolidation loan in any country. Now I do! Thanks so much for sharing….

Would you be willing to make these verse cards in the KJV for those of us who love that translation? These are so cute! I have tried printing many things from your sight and it always pops up that the internet is not working. Could you please email it to me?

My family will be deeply blessed by your hard work creating this book. I complete her study of Esther last year and really loved it. Merry Christmas to you and your family. I wish these were done in KJV since that is all we use, but thank you for the reference to the book. My little one is 17 months and we are working on Bible songs right now, and would love to start on verses in the near future.

I will have to find the book or even make my own cards. Parents simply pushed it on their kids because the leaders of this group said it was the thing to do and so that they would look good in front of the other families in this group. It has just been very recently that I have become free of that fear of once again following a person and not following God.

And I have felt the urgency to grasp the opportunity to share with my children the awesome, soveriegn God we serve. Thank you for such a great resource of short verses for my you children to memorize. I pray that our family will grow more and more in love with God through this resource. Thank you sooooo much! I teach preschool in a Lutheran elementary school, and this will tie in perfectly to our curriculum as we introduce letters and sounds.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful resource. I can definitely confirm that the Word you memorize as a child can strengthen you in your adulthood. I memorized many verses as a child. As an adult I was not walking with God… until 6 years ago when I was diagnosed with a very aggressive breast cancer. We had lost my sister, at age 46 to the same cancer. I mentioned it to a friend and she recognized them as Bible verses.

After all the years, the verses were still in my mind and in my heart and brought me comfort. So, thank you for sharing this. Even if our children, or grandchildren, seem to forget the verses at some point in their lives, once these seeds are planted, God can use this in their adulthood. Thank you for your willingness to share. What kind of laminating sheets do you buy for this laminator? Thanks, Emily! Thank you so much for all your hard work on these, I appreciate your efforts and the creativity God has blessed you with.
